With just over a week to go until the premiere of Netflix’s A Series Of Unfortunate Events Season 2, the show has announced that Allison Williams has been added to the cast.
The news was revealed in this particularly adorable tweet posted to the show’s official Twitter account:

Williams, who previously starred in Get Out and HBO’s Girls, is set to appear in a mystery role in Season 2 and is currently in Vancouver filming scenes for the show’s third and final season.

Malina Weissman, Louis Hynes, Presley Smith, Patrick Warburton and K. Todd Freeman (among others) return for season two. New additions to the cast include (but are not limited to) Lucy Punch, Nathan Fillion, Tony Hale, Robbie Amell, Sara Rue, Roger Bart and David Alan Grier. Featuring ten cinematic one-hour episodes, season two of A Series of Unfortunate Events launches globally Friday, March 30 on Netflix.
